I have always had a huge passion for animals and the outdoors. I have years of experience caring for a variety of animals, ranging from small animals, such as gerbils, right through to larger animals such as sheep, alpacas, and horses. Family dogs have included Golden Retrievers and Spaniels, which both have a special place in my heart. Nevertheless, I love all breeds of dogs and have experience walking many rescue dogs from the RSPCA with very different personalities, breeds, and specific needs. I can tailor my services to suit your pet.

I wanted to build an ethical company that puts your pets needs first. I’m always on the look out for new walks and ways I can add enrichment into any walk or visit. I am a verified member of the Professional Dog Walkers Association, upholding their ethical working practices. My priority is always the happiness and health of your pets.

Prior to Wagtastic, I had a career as a registered NHS nurse, specialising in Acute Oncology. My nursing knowledge has greatly helped me in understanding animal health, which is super important during dog walks and pet visits. I have completed various training courses to expand my knowledge in animal care, including two certified dog walking courses, a practical Canine First Aid course, and a comprehensive canine body language course. I have also started to complete courses in dog training with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers, of which my certificates can be found below.
